The Water Works & Sewer Board of the Town of New Brockton welcomes you as a customer. Our office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday.
The Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 P.M. at 706 East McKinnon St. in New Brockton.
All are invited and encouraged to attend.
The Water Works & Sewer Board of the Town of New Brockton has voted to waive fees during the months of November and December 2025.
We will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 27 and 28 for Thanksgiving. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season.
Payments
As always, payments are due by the 15th of each month. After the 15th, a late fee of 10% or a minimum of $5.00 will be added. Failure to receive your billing statement does not void late charges or service fees. Please enroll in our electronic billing to receive statements sooner. A $50 service fee will be added to accounts not paid in full by the 25th, prior to disconnection of services per the Water Works and Sewer Board of the Town of New Brockton. The total past due, including all fees, must be paid in full to reconnect services. There will be an additional fee of $50 to reconnect after Service Dept. hours of 7 A.M. - 3 P.M.

New Service
To open an account, please fill out the application below and return to us along with proof of ownership or rental agreement and copy of photo identification. A non-refundable availability fee of $100 is required to open an account. For a new service meter installation, please contact our office for a quote and more information.
